Inter City have been extremely flexible, particularly in relation to the last minute media requests we had.
The ability to support throughout this process was outstanding, adhering to last minute changes and going out of process, down to the drivers used to assist us with the project, including weekends and short notice. Excellent communication, the lack of queries we have had over deliveries speaks volumes, to top that the feedback from school sites was also very positive in relation to how helpful the drivers were with their deliveries.
The process of booking in from the initial calls to the schools along with the smooth booking in process, to final delivery confirmations has worked extremely well, a huge thanks to all concerned who collaborated and helped make this work seamlessly.
I found Inter City to be really professional and efficient. They were quick to respond when there were any issues or amendments that were needed. It was easy to track and retrieve POD and they always clearly took pictures of the entire delivery. Personally, I had no issues with using Inter City and would happily use them again in the future.
